Picture the scene, it’s a sunny day in Yorkshire in 2017 and Scott & Imogen discover a ‘magic’ fizzy milk make with live bacteria. After a lot of long days and weekends spent researching what these funny little squashy, cauliflower looking things were and the many benefits they provide we wanted to share the ‘magic’ fizzy milk with everyone else. March 2017 Live Kefir Company was born.
8 years later, a few awards won along the way, they are still here continuing to learn about kefir and fermentation. Pursuing the rhetoric that traditional kefir is the best kefir.
