Perfect for those sunny days, this quick and easy ice cream is both healthy and delicious!
- 4 Ripe Bananas
- 150ml Kefir (we used Healthy Cow but Healthy Coconut also tastes great)
- 2 tsps Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Chop your bananas and freeze them for around 2 hours, or until they are completely frozen through.
- Once your bananas have frozen simply add all the other ingredients, along with the banana, to a food processor and blitz. You will get instant soft scoop Banana Kefir ice cream, if you prefer it to be a little more frozen once it is mixed just place it back in the freezer for another hour or so. Super simple, full of flavour and healthy probiotics.
