Delivery
Our delivery days are Tuesday to Saturday and orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 working days. (Please be advised that at busy times the dispatch time may be longer than usual.) If in the unlikely event you have not received your order after 4 working days then please contact us by email at info@livekefircompany.co.uk
All of our parcels are sent from ETL Developments Limited company.
Returns

However if you do have any problems at all then please email us so we can deal with any queries promptly. You have 14 days in which to contact us. All returns will be processed as quickly as possible and any payments will be refunded within 30 days.
