Delivery
Due to the nature of Kefir, we use a Next Day Delivery Service to ensure your order reaches you in the best possible condition. If however you amend your delivery day or change to an alternative delivery point after we have dispatched your order, then we cannot be held responsible for the quality of your Kefir when received. At this point we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
If you require a specific day for delivery then please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your request.
Subscription
The subscription plan to our services consist of an initial charge and is then followed by recurring periodic charges as agreed to by you. By entering into this agreement, you are acknowledging that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to deactivation. We may submit periodic charges (e.g monthly charges) without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you have terminated your authorization or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before we could act.
By subscribing to our subscription service you are agreeing to pay recurring periodic subscriptions for an indefinite time until deactivated by you or ourselves. You can cancel your subscription at any time, you will not be charged for doing so. You can re-subscribe at any time following your cancellation, but we reserve the right not to permit re-subscription where we have previously elected to terminate a subscription by you. If you wish to cancel your subscription please email on info@livekefircompany.co.uk.
We reserve the right at our absolute discretion not to renew your subscription at any time without giving any reasons for our decision.
