Chocolate & Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 180 ml Healthy Cow Banana Kefir Smoothie
  • 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 tbsp Cocoa or Cacao Powder
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter (optional)
  • Banana chips or fresh Banana for the top

Method

  1. Add your rolled oats and cocoa powder to a jar of your choice, mixing them up until the cocoa powder is coating all of the oats.
  2. Add your peanut butter and Kefir to your jar, givingĀ  this another stir.
  3. Once everything is well mixed simply pop the lid on your jar and leave it in the fridge overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours to allow the milk to soak into your oats.
  4. Add your toppings and enjoy!
