Chocolate & Banana Overnight Oats
- 180 ml Healthy Cow Banana Kefir Smoothie
- 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 tbsp Cocoa or Cacao Powder
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter (optional)
- Banana chips or fresh Banana for the top
- Add your rolled oats and cocoa powder to a jar of your choice, mixing them up until the cocoa powder is coating all of the oats.
- Add your peanut butter and Kefir to your jar, giving this another stir.
- Once everything is well mixed simply pop the lid on your jar and leave it in the fridge overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours to allow the milk to soak into your oats.
- Add your toppings and enjoy!
